Problem Statement:Build a design system with the reusable components adhering to branding guidelines.

Solution:Designed and developed a Design UI Kit with all reusable components with responsive compatibility adhering to the branding standards and patterns to build and utilize in various projects. Designed copy code functionality in the design system for all the components to provide ease to the developers for using the components.

Problem Statement:Existing desktop app requires client network and client system to access SAP which is not user friendly and not accessible.

Solution: Designed user-friendly application with responsive compatibility which connects to SAP without dependency on client network or VPN considering security measures with SSO & MFA authentication and addressing accessibility needs.

Challenges:As it is a complex web app with high usability : It required connect calls with large group of global users to understand the paint points and then design into a user-friendly App to meet the business needs.

Requirement:A virtual assistant app to provide automated responses to user queries, and to support multiple use cases such as customer support, task automation, general queries and incident management.

Outcome:

Designed OneSAP Chatbot which is enabled with NLP (Natural Language Processing) that understands and processes user inputs accurately.

Designed complex wireframes & prototypes for screens such as FAQS : Direct flows to resolve user queries, Live chat with support teams for instant query resolution & Raise incidents Functionality.

Collaborated with the bot team developers for sharing the prototypes and for smooth ensure in developing the screens.

Ensured usability testing with multiple devices & cross browser compatibilities.

Designed Flyers, Newsletters & Videos as a part of promotional activities.
